1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the player) and 444apk (the platform) when you access or use any services offered through the website at 444apk.onl. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

These terms apply to all games, betting markets, promotions, bonus offers and VIP programme benefits available on 444apk. They are supplemented by the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which together form the full agreement between you and the platform.

444apk operates as an online entertainment platform. All activities on the platform are for entertainment purposes only. Gaming involves financial risk and outcomes are determined by random number generation or by real-world sporting events. There is no guarantee of any financial return.

2 Account Registration and Use

To access real-money gaming on 444apk, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, email, device, payment method or IP address — is a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide:

• A valid date of birth confirming you are 18 or older
• A valid and active email address
• A valid Pakistani mobile number
• A payment method registered in your name

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 444apk will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other person. Any winnings generated on a shared, transferred or sold account may be voided.

3 Eligibility

You must meet the following conditions to create and maintain an active 444apk account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be registering voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes
• You must not be under a self-exclusion order or voluntarily excluded from the platform
• You must not be using funds that belong to a third party
• You must be using the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent for another person

444apk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or following a large win. This may include a copy of your CNIC, a utility bill or bank statement showing your address, and confirmation of your payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification may be suspended until documents are provided.

4 Deposits

All deposits on 444apk are processed in PKR. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and PKR debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is PKR 200 on most payment methods. Deposits are typically credited within minutes of payment confirmation.

You must use a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to other individuals will be rejected and may trigger an account review. 444apk does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency payments.

• Minimum deposit: PKR 200
• No deposit fee charged by 444apk (your payment provider may apply their own charges)
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited, except in the case of a verified technical error
• 444apk reserves the right to apply deposit limits based on account activity or verification status

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Processing times depend on your VIP tier — Bronze and Silver accounts are processed within 24–48 hours, Gold accounts within 12 hours, Platinum within 4 hours and Diamond accounts on the same day.

A minimum withdrawal of PKR 500 applies. Daily withdrawal limits apply to Bronze through Platinum tier accounts. Diamond tier accounts have no daily withdrawal cap. All withdrawals are processed in PKR.

• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn
• Identity verification may be required before a first withdrawal or withdrawals above a certain amount
• 444apk reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending verification for accounts flagged for unusual activity
• Withdrawals made to a different payment method than the deposit source require additional verification

6 Bonus Policy

444apk offers a range of bonuses including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP monthly bonuses. All bonus offers are subject to individual promotion terms that are stated clearly before you opt in. The general principles that apply to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses must be wagered a stated number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements range from 10x (Diamond VIP monthly bonus) to 30x (standard welcome bonus) depending on the offer
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are separate from your real money balance. Wagering requirements must be completed on bonus funds before they convert to withdrawable cash
• Free spins winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable requirement will be stated in the specific free spins offer
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household and per payment method unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in all accounts being suspended and bonuses being voided
• 444apk reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer before it is claimed if a technical error caused incorrect terms to be displayed
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue unless the specific promotion states a different validity period

The VIP programme monthly bonuses are subject to the reduced wagering requirements of the relevant tier — from 25x at Silver to 10x at Diamond. These bonuses are credited automatically on the first of each month based on the tier held at the end of the previous month.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 444apk are binding once confirmed. You should review your selections carefully before confirming any bet or spin. Errors made at the time of placing a bet — incorrect stake amounts, wrong selections — cannot be reversed after confirmation except in the case of a verified platform error.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets on sporting events are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body
• If a match is abandoned before a result is officially declared, bets are typically voided and stakes returned. Specific rules apply to cricket matches affected by rain under Duckworth-Lewis conditions
• In-play bets accepted during a live event are binding even if the stated odds reflected an error, unless the error was so significant as to be obviously incorrect
• Minimum sports bet: PKR 200 on most markets. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the point of bet placement

For casino and slot games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. Results are not influenced by previous outcomes or session history.

8 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

444apk is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any tool that interacts with the platform without manual input
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms
• Deliberate exploitation of software errors or system glitches for financial gain
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or in patterns that indicate systematic exploitation rather than genuine play
• Chargebacks on deposits after funds have been wagered or bonuses have been claimed
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to fund your account

444apk uses monitoring systems to detect unusual patterns of activity. Accounts flagged by these systems may have withdrawals held pending review. If an investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, relevant balances will be voided and the account closed.

9 Privacy and Data

This information is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and comply with applicable requirements. 12 Changes to These Terms
